grat·i·tude /ˈɡradəˌt(y)o͞od/
noun
the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.

During this time of shelter-at-home and our retail locations being closed to the public, one might think I’d have reason to be more frustrated than grateful. In truth, I am a little frustrated, but oh so much more grateful than anything.

I’m grateful to have healthy family and friends, I am grateful that none of our employees have been sick and that we have such loyal customers like you! Thank you for your business and thank you for keeping the music going!

Keeping You Safe

As we enter Phase 2 in Washington, we look forward to inviting you back into our stores. We have put in some new safety measures in order to keep both you and us safe.

  • We’ll have 6-foot distance markers and plastic shields at the service and checkout counters.
  • Our employees will be wearing masks during our interactions with you; we ask that you please wear a mask upon entering our stores as well.
  • We will have hand sanitizer at our entrances and request you sanitize your hands and ask for assistance before handling any of the merchandise. We know it’s hard to fall in love with an instrument you haven’t played, so we want to make sure you have the chance to play.

If you prefer, we currently have and will continue to offer contact-less curbside pickup at all locations. Shop online, place your order and select in-store pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. Drive in with your receipt, give us a call to let us know you’re at the store, and we’ll bring out your purchase and put it in your trunk.

Repair Shops Are Open

Yes, the repair shops are open!! Call us to make a drop-off appointment. We'll quarantine it for up to 5 days before starting work on it. Repair techs are wearing gloves and masks while working on instruments and will appropriately sanitize them upon completion.

Private Lessons

At this time, private lessons will stay in the “virtual” setting, but we have plans to make those spaces work for one on one lessons and will share that information as soon as we feel it’s safe to open them.

Resources for Students & Educators

Rental Customers: hold on to those instruments! The longer you have your instrument, the bigger your purchasing discount will be. We have resources to help keep your student playing over the summer. Call us.

Band/Orchestra Directors: We have resources for you too! Contact your Ed Rep. We can assist with contactless mouthpiece testing and sizing to help the students find just the right instrument for them and offer online instrument rentals as well.

Again, thank you for your business and we hope to see you soon!

Sincerely,
Whitney
