As a teenager, Aaron started playing with mixing consoles, turning a hobby into a lifelong passion. With over two decades of experience, he now designs and commissions a/v systems for various venues. Aaron holds a CTS certification, and in his free time, he enjoys cracking dad jokes for his daughters and building model car kits.

Dalton, a Puyallup native, with a musical background spanning rock, worship, and jazz bands, is an accomplished sound professional. Holding a Bachelor of Music degree and an audio engineering diploma, he spent two years in Vancouver's live event production scene. Now based in Tacoma, WA, Dalton serves as the project manager for Ted Brown AVL Services, where he expertly combines musical prowess with technical acumen.

Jeremy has been working for Ted Brown Music since 1997 with a focus on Pro Audio, Keyboards, and Drums, and has been involved with music his entire life. He moved from the retail sales floor at the beginning of 2022 where he dove headfirst into the world of AVL installation. His experience with both sides of the sound board as a sound tech and a musician brings a valuable insight to the sound design and installation process. His primary focus is with the churches in the region as that is his passion. Jeremy has been a worship leader with several Tri-Cities area churches his entire adult life. When he is not working with music, he can be found either watching the Seattle Mariners play or catching up on the latest superhero news.

With over 20 years in the electrical industry, Joe is a licensed (01) commercial electrician known for his fast-paced, get-it-done attitude. Beyond his professional expertise, Joe is an accomplished musician, having played in numerous groups. His musical accolades include being a National Flicking Champion and, more recently, earning a Grammy as a guitarist with the O’Connor Family Band.
