Data Entry and Website Maintenance
This position plays a strategic role in facilitating website, social media, advertisement campaigns and customer relations. This position works closely across teams, vendors and with customers to fulfill marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and will be initiative driven and detailed oriented with strong data entry and website maintenance.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- - Update product pricing
- - Upkeep of promotion pricing
- - Upload products to website
- - Locate and edit product photos
- - Take product photos
- - Maintain and update customer contact lists
- - Build and retain interpersonal relationships with buyers and Ted Brown Music employees

- SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- - Database and web maintenance experience
- - Excel
- - Copywriting
- - Photoshop preferred
- - Basic photography preferred
- - Microsoft VS Code preferred
- - HTML coding
- - Ability to function with rapidly changing demands
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position is predominantly sedentary. However, it requires routine use of office equipment fax, copy, and scan. While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, point, type and maneuver promotional items. The employee must also frequently lift and / or move items over 20 pounds. The working condition can be loud; due to consistent demonstrating of musical instruments and pro-audio equipment.
