Below lists Ted Brown Music's policy for returning product and rental instruments.
Product Purchase Returns
It is Ted Brown Music's policy to work with every customer to get them the right product for their needs. If an item is to be returned, the following criteria must be met:
- Product must have original packaging and be in new condition
- Must have sales receipt
- In-store purchases must be returned within 14 days of original sale
- Online purchases must be returned within 30 days of original sale
Items not fitting the above description may be subject to a restocking fee, an in-store credit, or be ineligible for return.
No returns allowed on reeds, software, harmonicas, or earphones.
